BLUES YACHTING E-BULLETIN SENDING RULES

I CONSENT expressly Blues Yachting sending me e-bulletins and commercial electronic messages in which the campaigns, discounts, promotions and products of Blues Yachting's brands are promoted using my e-mail address.

E-bulletins and commercial electronic messages sent to you at any time, without giving any reason, by using the links in the messages sent to you, or by contacting Blues Yachting directly by e-mail (blues@bluesyachting.com) or by phone (+90 252 645 14 35). You have the right to refuse to receive it.

Sending electronic messages to you will be stopped within 3 (three) business days following the receipt of your request by Blues Yachting.

The content of the message to be sent to you and other records related to the shipment will be recorded and stored to be submitted to the Ministry of Customs and Trade when necessary.

CLARIFICATION AND COMMUNICATION PERMISSION SCOPE UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Electronic message, e-mail, which you send to Blues Yachting employees via the forms on the Blues Yachting website or through Blues Yachting sales, technical support and communication channels, which are within the scope of the Protection of Personal Data and which are accepted as personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, Your personal information, which you will send via SMS messages and similar communication media, regarding the issues deemed appropriate by Blues Yachting managers; In order to carry out customer satisfaction researches, surveys, promotion, information, celebration, wishes, approval and marketing studies, to develop special opportunities for your needs, to create statistics about your transactions, to ensure the continuation of the connection with you. Personal data can be processed within the terms and purposes of processing.

Your data may be transferred to business partners, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private persons (companies / institutions and their infrastructure and service providers such as shipping company, call center, consultants, market research companies, data storage centers) within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698.

Within the scope specified above, commercial electronic messages, e-mails, video and/or voice messages (SMS/MMS), letters can be sent to you, telephone, call center calls, automatic calls and similar means will be able to contact you.

As Blues Yachting, your name, surname, e-mail address and telephone information you have given based on your consent, in connection with the purpose of processing, in a limited and measured manner pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (GDPR) will be stored and maintained for the purpose of sending informational messages (e-mail / SMS). Your personal information will not be shared with anyone other than Blues Yachting solution partners, when necessary and to the extent necessary, in order to find solutions to your requests.
